The db7 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8%. Members can advance to a higher tier by remaining regularly active.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

db7 is committed to fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game will result in the immediate cancellation of the account.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Marketing Abuse

If any user attempts to gain unfair profit by exploiting the bonus system or gaming mechanics, db7 may cancel that account's bonuses and suspend the account. This includes arbitrage betting, account synchronisation and the use of automated betting software.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on db7. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate cancellation of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Operating games using automated bots or software.
• Operating an account using third-party funds.
• Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Synchronised betting or collusion.
• Opening an account by providing false or fraudulent information.

8.1 Service Availability

db7 endeavours to keep the platform operational at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. db7 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a software error or technical issue causes an abnormal game outcome, db7 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Winnings received abnormally as a result of an error will not be paid out.

8.3 Third-Party Services

db7 uses services from third-party game providers and payment providers. db7 is not directly liable for any issues with these third-party services, but will make every effort to assist in resolving them.
